Molyvos is the name of a fabulous Greek restaurant in Manhattan that we return to again and again. The menu always includes several different lamb dishes and marvelous grilled fish. We especially love the incredibly refreshing lemonade that they make at the bar. It’s minty and sweet and tastes like an ice-cold blast of summer. I haven’t been able to find a recipe for it, so I made up my own.
